I’ve never played before – is that okay?
Yes — 100%. A lot of our players started exactly the same way. We’re a friendly club and beginners are always welcome. There’s no pressure at all.
What happens when I come for the first time?
Just turn up and say hello! One of our coaches or members will welcome you, there is a quick form for you or a parent to fill out. You’ll be hitting a few balls within minutes.
Do I need to book?
No — all our sessions are drop-in. Just come along whenever suits you.
Is my first session really free?
Yes! Your first session is completely free, so you can come and try it out with no commitment.
Is there Car Parking?
Yes, you can park anywhere in the car park or playground on the school grounds.

When can I play?
We run sessions throughout the week for all ages and abilities. Check our timetable to find a session that works for you.
Can I just turn up?
Yes — no booking needed. Just arrive a few minutes early and you’re good to go.
Is it competitive or just for fun?
Both! Some players enjoy social games, others play competitively — you can take it as seriously (or casually) as you like.

Do I need my own bat?
No — we’ve got you covered. All equipment is provided, so you can just turn up and play.
What should I wear?
Comfortable sportswear and trainers are perfect. Nothing fancy needed.

How much does it cost?
- First session: FREE
- Pay as you play: ÂŁ7.50 (non-members)
- Members: ÂŁ5 per session
You can decide what works best for you after your first visit.
Do I have to become a member?
No, there is no obligation to become a member. Membership comes with its own benefits but no obligation.

Can I get coaching?
Yes — we offer coaching for both juniors and adults, whether you’re just starting or looking to improve, just come along to a coaching session.
Can I play in leagues or matches?
If you’re interested, definitely. We have teams in local leagues and can help you get involved when you’re ready.

Do you run junior sessions?
Yes — we have dedicated junior coaching sessions in a safe, structured environment.
Does a parent need to attend?
For the first session, yes — a parent or guardian will need to be there to sign up. After that parents don’t have to stay, but are welcome to do so.

Where do I go when I arrive?
you want to head to the sports hall, the sports hall is the building to the left as you arrived though the gate.
What if I don’t know anyone?
That’s completely normal — most people don’t when they first come. We’re a welcoming group and you’ll quickly feel part of it.
