At Worthing Table Tennis Club, there’s always something happening for players of all ages and abilities. Our calendar is packed with a wide range of events designed to bring the community together, develop skills, and have fun!

Parkinson table tennis session
Starting October 8th, Worthing Table Tennis Club is delighted to offer a dedicated table tennis session for people living with Parkinson’s. The sessions provide a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment where participants can enjoy playing table tennis at their own pace, while helping to improve movement, coordination, balance, strength and hand-eye coordination. You don’t need to be an experienced player — the session is suitable for all abilities and is focused on having fun, staying active and meeting others.
Sessions take place every other Thursday, 2.30–3.30pm, at Goring Methodist Church Hall. Everyone living with Parkinson’s is welcome, whether you are new to table tennis or have played before, and carers are very welcome to attend and take part too. Your first session is free, so come along and give it a try in a relaxed and supportive setting.

Junior Team 1 star – 10th October
Worthing Table Tennis Club 2-Star tournaments, offers players the chance to compete in a friendly yet competitive environment.
These events are part of the Table Tennis England ranking system, so participants can earn national ranking points while enjoying high-quality facilities and professional tournament organisation.
A fast-paced team competition designed to give you plenty of table time and great value for money!
Progressive KO Format
Our Progressive Knockout system ensures you get plenty of competitive matches, regardless of how you perform.
Each team match consists of:
Game 1 – 1 v 1
Player A vs Player A
Game 2 – 2 v 2
Game 3 – Decider (if required)
If the match is tied after the first two games, a deciding singles match is played.
In the group stage, if two teams are tied after the first two games, the two players who won their individual matches play the deciding game.
In the KO stages, if the match is tied, the two players who lost their individual matches play the deciding game

Adult coaching Morning
Looking to improve your table tennis, build your confidence and enjoy a morning of structured coaching?
Join Worthing Table Tennis Club for a special Adult Coaching Morning, designed to help our adult beginners get more from their game.
Whether you’re completely new to table tennis, returning to the sport, this session will give you the opportunity to work on your technique, improve your consistency and develop your understanding of the game — all in a friendly and supportive environment.

Adult coaching Morning
Join us for a dedicated Training Day, giving players the opportunity to spend the day developing their game,
Whether you’re a regular league player, an aspiring junior, or simply looking to improve and challenge yourself, our Training Day is designed to help you train with purpose, learn new skills and become a better player.
The day will combine structured coaching, focused practices and match play, allowing you to work on your game before putting those skills into practice.
The Training Day is suitable for players who are looking to improve, develop their confidence and gain more competitive experience.
You don’t have to be an elite player to attend — the aim is to help every player get better.

First Hits Tournament
This is a beginner-friendly event for players from school clubs or beginner section, can play competitive matches for the first time. It’s designed for those who have not played at national level and want a gentle introduction to tournament play

Worthing Table Tennis Club 2-Star tournaments, offers players of all ages the chance to compete in a friendly yet competitive environment. These events are part of the Table Tennis England ranking system, so participants can earn national ranking points while enjoying high-quality facilities and professional tournament organisation.
Running a traditional tournament format with groups of 4 with knockout rounds after, each event will have a main event and plate event and separate boys and girls categories

Following the success of our 2026 events, Worthing Table Tennis Club is pleased to announce the return of our Summer Camp for 2027. Designed for both junior players and adults, this camp provides a high-performance environment to help you reach your full potential.
Elite Coaching Team
Train with our team of qualified and experienced coaches, including staff with genuine England-level experience. You will receive technical and tactical insights used at the highest levels of the sport.
Spinsight Technology
We utilize Spinsight technology to provide real-time data on your performance. This allows you to measure ball speed and spin (RPM) with scientific precision, providing the visual feedback necessary to make meaningful technical adjustments.
Dedicated 1-2-1 Time
Every participant is guaranteed dedicated 1-2-1 time with our coaching team. This personalized approach ensures you receive specific advice tailored to your playing style and individual goals.
Player-Led Themes
We believe training is most effective when it is relevant to the player. Our camp features player-chosen themes, allowing you to focus on the specific areas of the game you wish to improve, from service and receive to match-play psychology.
